As a Jane Affiliate, we ask that you actively share your referral link and help bring new clinics to Jane. Your role is to promote Jane in a way that feels authentic to you. That could be through social media, blog posts, newsletters, or conversations with your community. We also ask that you provide accurate information about the platform so your audience gets a clear picture of what Jane offers. You'll have access to promotional materials and resources to support your efforts. Our team is here to make sure you get everything you need.

Jane has multiple streams of partnership, and the difference is all in how we work together. Affiliates spread the word with a tracked link and earn commission. Marketing Partners are usually organizations like schools or trade associations that collaborate with us on content, events, or sponsorships. Ambassadors are individual thought leaders who actively engage with our team, support other clinics, and share their own Jane story with their community.

Anyone with a relevant audience in allied health and a clear way to consistently generate new referrals is welcome to apply. While we love word-of-mouth referrals at Jane, the Affiliate Program is ideal for businesses with their own promotional channels.

Our team thoughtfully reviews each application, and you can expect a response within five business days. If approved, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started.

Applications may be declined if they don't meet key criteria, like having a relevant or active audience, a clear way to promote Jane, or content that aligns with our brand values. If you're unsure whether you're a fit, we encourage you to still apply. We review each application individually and are always open to learning more about your work.

The Jane Affiliate Program supports payment by direct deposit to your bank account or PayPal in most countries. We use PartnerStack to manage our program and send commission payments.

Commissions are processed once a referred clinic becomes a paying customer through your unique affiliate referral link. Payouts typically occur on a monthly basis, and you'll receive full details on timing and withdrawals upon acceptance into the program.
