With Jane's mobile app, you can easily book, view, and manage appointments with all your favourite practitioners who use Jane.
Even if you’re a frequent patient or client of many Jane clinics, you’ll need to create a new account (email and new password combination) to access the app and get started.
Once you’ve created your new login, you can link all the clinics you've visited before, so you'll only need to remember one new email and password combination moving forward; think of this like a brand new Jane ID. (If you’re a practitioner, you will also need to create a new account for app access.)
What login/account do I use?
If your clinics does not have online booking enabled, you will not be able to find them in-app or them to your account. You will need to manage these appointments through your clinic or client portal.
If you’re visiting a clinic for the first time, you'll need to go through the browser-experience of signing up with a clinic as a client, and then you can search for and add them to your account in the app.
