We're making Voice-to-Chart available to new clinics every day! We're working hard to make Voice-to-Chart available to all interested clinics before end-of-year, and will be giving you the power to sign up for Voice-to-Chart directly in Jane, shortly.

As a thank you, we'll be prioritizing folks who filled out our previous Early Access Google Form, reaching out to you shortly, and giving you the option to sign up. You don't need to fill out this form again.

Yes! Not only is Voice-to-Chart HIPAA and PIPEDA compliant, but we're making a conscious commitment to a series of AI principles we wrote with our practitioners' needs in mind. Voice-to-Chart is our first AI feature and is improving every day. With this in mind, it's currently an "experimental feature" and will be an optional add-on to any plan, with unlimited notes and templates at an early access price of $20 per-user, per-month. This early access pricing and packaging will likely change over time based on feedback, so let us know what you think!
Is Voice-to-Chart available on all Jane plans?
Can I turn off Voice-to-Chart, or change who has access?
Absolutely. One of our AI principles is that you control what AI-powered features are available in your account. As Voice-to-Chart is an optional add-on, you can reach out to Support to disable Voice-to-Chart and you will not be charged the following month. You can also contact Support directly to enable more users in your clinics once you've been set up.
